Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem plánů přechodu pro zmírňování změny klimatu, které se s ohledem na stále vzrůstající dekarbonizační úsilí na poli EU dostávají do centra zájmů samotných společností, ale i investorů a bankovních institucí. Plán přechodu pro zmírňování změny klimatu představuje strategii podniku k dosažení klimatické neutrality v souladu s Pařížskou dohodou. Cílem práce je představit klíčové prvky věrohodného plánu dle doporučení uznávaných institucí a navrhnout doporučení na jeho podobu pro ČEZ s ohledem na současný přístup společnosti k dekarbonizaci. |

This master thesis examines climate transition plan, which are increasingly becoming a focal point for corporations, investors, and financial institutions amid the European Union’s intensifying decarbonization agenda. A climate transition plan articulates a company’s pathway to aligning its business model with the objectives of the Paris Agreement. The objective of this thesis is to synthesize the core components of a credible transition plan as outlined by leading international frameworks and to propose a climate transition plan for the ČEZ Group, considering the company’s current approach to decarbonization. |
