| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právními aspekty eGovernmentu v České republice v oblasti podnikání a provádí srovnávací analýzu s vybranými státy EU, konkrétně Dánskem a Slovenskem. Práce se zaměřuje na právní rámec, strategické dokumenty a praktickou implementaci digitalizace veřejné správy v oblasti podnikatelských služeb. Pomocí deskriptivní a komparativní analýzy identifikuje hlavní výzvy a nedostatky českého přístupu a navrhuje doporučení pro jeho zlepšení inspirované osvědčenými zahraničními modely. |

The study focuses on the legal framework, strategic documents, and practical implementation of public administration digitalization in the context of business. Through descriptive and comparative analysis, it identifies key challenges and shortcomings in the Czech approach and proposes recommendations for improvement inspired by best practices from abroad. |
