Cílem této bakalářské práce je komplexní zhodnocení právního rámce platných právních předpisů týkajících se zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice, se zvláštním důrazem na občany postsovětských republik. Práce identifikuje veškerá relevantní pobytová oprávnění a zahrnuje jejich omezení a možnosti na trhu práce spolu s dalšími specifiky. V souvislosti s probíhajícím konfliktem na území Ukrajiny je rovněž záměrem vyhodnocení současné právní úpravy speciálního víza Dočasné ochrany a na základě jednání na české a evropské půdě předpokládat budoucí vývoj. Zároveň je zahrnut evropský aspekt na českou právní úpravu a související mezinárodní dohody. V neposlední řadě, v rámci praktické části, jsou navržena de lege ferenda doporučení pro zlepšení právní úpravy a praxe v oblasti zaměstnávání cizinců, vycházející mimo jiné z komparace s polskou právní úpravou této problematiky. Rovněž práce obsahuje kvantitativní analýzu statistických dat o cizincích z postsovětských států na českém trhu práce včetně nelegálního zaměstnávání. Práce je přínosná pro odbornou veřejnost, která má zájem o tématiku migrace |

| Abstract: |
The thesis examines the framework of applicable legal regulations regarding the employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic, with a particular emphasis on citizens of post-Soviet republics. It identifies all relevant residence permits and includes their restrictions, opportunities in the labour market, and other specifics. In connection with the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, the aim is also to evaluate the current legal framework of the Temporary Protection visa and, based on discussions at the Czech and European levels, predict future developments. Furthermore, the European perspective on Czech legal regulations and related international agreements is included. In addition, the practical part proposes de lege ferenda recommendations for improving legal regulations and practices in foreign employment, partly based on a comparison with Polish legislation on this issue. The thesis also contains a quantitative analysis of statistical data on foreigners from post-Soviet states in the Czech labour market, including illegal employment. The work is valuable for the professional public interested in migration topics. |
