Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady evropské emisní politiky oxidu uhličitého (CO₂) na vybranou společnost Drivalia Lease Czech Republic s.r.o., která se specializuje na poskytování full service operativního leasingu v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část představuje význam automobilového průmyslu, přibližuje emisní politiku Evropské unie včetně klíčových legislativních aktů a jejich vliv na automobilový sektor. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První se věnuje detailnímu představení společnosti Drivalia Lease, jejímu působení na trhu, přístupu k udržitelnosti a adaptaci na aktuální emisní požadavky. Druhá kapitola obsahuje analýzu získaných dat z rozhovorů s pracovníky společnosti, SWOT analýzu z pohledu udržitelnosti, charakteristiku cenotvorby a porovnání s oficiální podnikovou analýzou. V závěru jsou shrnuty celkové ekonomické dopady na podnik a jsou nastíněny budoucí výzvy. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of the European carbon dioxide (CO₂) emission policy on a selected company Drivalia Lease Czech Republic s.r.o., which specializes in providing full service operating leasing in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part presents the importance of the automotive industry, introduces the emission policy of the European Union including key legislative acts and their impact on the automotive sector. The practical part is divided into two chapters. The first one is dedicated to a detailed introduction of Drivalia Lease, its market presence, approach to sustainability and adaptation to current emission requirements. The second chapter includes an analysis of the data collected from interviews with company staff, a SWOT analysis from a sustainability perspective, a characterisation of pricing and a comparison with official company analysis. Finally, the overall economic impacts on the company are summarised and future challenges are outlined. |
