Bakalářská práce se zabývá konceptem hybridní války na případu ruských aktivit v České republice v letech 2014–2022. Cílem je analyzovat, jaké nástroje hybridní války využívalo Rusko v ČR v jednotlivých dimenzích analytického rámce podle Mikaela Weissmanna, který zahrnuje dimenzi diplomatickou, ekonomickou, kybernetickou (technologickou), dimenzi informačních a vlivových operací, dimenzi nekonvenčních metod a dimenzi civilní a vojenskou. Práce využívá kvalitativní případovou studii a analýzu obsahu, přičemž čerpá z výročních zpráv a oficiálních dokumentů státních institucí, odborné literatury a mediálních výstupů. Výsledky ukazují, že ruské hybridní působení bylo systematické, dlouhodobé a zasahovalo do všech sledovaných oblastí: od špionáže a šíření dezinformací přes energetickou a ekonomickou závislost, kybernetické útoky a praní špinavých peněz až po podporu extremistických skupin a sabotážní operace. Klíčovým faktorem úspěšnosti těchto operací byla nízká odolnost části české společnosti a nedostatečná systémová obrana na počátku sledovaného období. Práce přináší komplexní pohled na ruské hybridní aktivity v ČR a poukazuje na potřebu posilování mediální a občanské gramotnosti, rozvoje kritického myšlení a mezinárodní spolupráce v oblasti obrany proti hybridním hrozbám. |

The bachelor's thesis deals with the concept of hybrid warfare in the case of Russian activities in the Czech Republic in 2014-2022. The aim is to analyse what tools of hybrid warfare Russia used in the Czech Republic in the different dimensions of the analytical framework according to Mikael Weissmann, which includes the diplomatic, economic, cyber (technological), information and influence operations, unconventional methods and civil and military dimensions. The thesis uses a qualitative case study and content analysis, drawing on annual reports and official documents of state institutions, academic literature and media outputs. The results show that Russian hybrid activity has been systematic, long-term, and has affected all the areas under study: from espionage and disinformation dissemination to energy and economic dependence, cyberattacks and money laundering, to support for extremist groups and sabotage operations. A key factor in the success of these operations was the low resilience of parts of Czech society and the lack of systemic defences at the beginning of the period under review. The paper presents a comprehensive view of Russian hybrid activities in the Czech Republic and points to the need for strengthening media and civic literacy and the development of critical thinking and international cooperation in the field of defence against hybrid threats. |
