Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými problémy mezinárodní silniční kamionové dopravy. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na dopady evropské legislativy, zejména tzv. Mobility balíčku, na výkon profese profesionálního řidiče. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První kapitola analyzuje legislativní rámec a nově přijatá opatření v oblasti pracovní doby, povinných odpočinků, kabotáže a povinného návratu vozidel a řidičů. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na kvantifikaci nedostatku řidičů v Evropské unii, jeho hlavní příčiny a pracovní podmínky, které ovlivňují atraktivitu této profese. Třetí část práce přináší praktické poznatky z hloubkového rozhovoru se zástupcem dopravní společnosti, který ilustruje dopady legislativních změn na každodenní fungování dopravce |

| Abstract: |
This master's thesis deals with selected issues in international road freight transport. Special attention is paid to the impact of European legislation, particularly the so-called Mobility Package. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first chapter analyses the legislative framework and newly adopted measures concerning working hours, mandatory rest periods, cabotage, and the compulsory return of vehicles and drivers. The second chapter focuses on quantifying the shortage of drivers in the European Union, its main causes, and the working conditions that affect the attractiveness of the profession. The third part of the thesis presents practical insights from an in-depth interview with a representative of a transport company, illustrating the effects of legislative changes on the day-to-day operations of carriers. |
