Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komunitním sdílením elektřiny v Rakousku a České republice. Cílem je porovnat přístupy obou zemí a zjistit, v čem se Česká republika může inspirovat rakouským modelem. Práce se zaměřuje na legislativní rámec, technické podmínky a reálné fungování komunitní energetiky. Teoretická část práce představuje samotný pojem komunitní energetiky, její přínosy, základní principy a důvody růstu projektů v Evropě. V praktické části je představen právní základ vycházející z evropských právních předpisů. Práce se dále věnuje srovnání vývoje a aktuální situace komunitní energetiky v Rakousku a České republice. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on community electricity sharing in Austria and the Czech Republic. The aim is to compare the approaches of both countries and identify areas in which the Czech Republic can draw inspiration from the Austrian model. The thesis concentrates on the legislative framework, technical conditions, and practical functioning of community energy. The theoretical part introduces the concept of community energy, its benefits, key principles, and the reasons behind the growth of such projects in Europe. The practical part presents the legal basis derived from European legislation. Furthermore, the thesis compares the development and current state of community energy in Austria and the Czech Republic. |
