Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na realizaci mého podnikatelského záměru pomocí metody podnikatelský plán. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit, zda by mělo dojít k realizaci tohoto záměru. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí, kterými jsou právní složka podnikání, charakteristika podnikání, analýza trhu, obchodní strategie, SWOT analýza a finanční plán. V poslední části finanční plán jsou zvažovány 3 možné scénáře a na závěr je učiněno rozhodnutí, zda dává smysl tento podnikatelský záměr uskutečnit. K závěrečnému rozhodnutí bylo využito porovnání s alternativou v podobě zaměstnání ve finančním sektoru. |

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the realization of my business plan using the business plan method. The aim of this work is to evaluate whether this venture should be implemented. The thesis is divided into several parts, which include the legal aspects of the business, the business's characteristics, market analysis, business strategy, SWOT analysis, and a financial plan. In the final part, the financial plan, three possible scenarios are considered, and a decision is made at the end regarding whether it makes sense to undertake this business venture. The final decision was reached by comparing it with an alternative in the form of employment in the financial sector. |
