| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním podnikatelského prostředí ve Francii a Mexiku z hlediska využívání IT outsourcingu. V teoretické části se věnuje základním pojmům a vývoji outsourcingu, ale také faktorům, které ovlivňují rozhodování firem – například dostupnosti kvalifikované pracovní síly, legislativními podmínkami nebo kulturními rozdíly. Praktická část vychází z rozhovorů s odborníky z oboru a je doplněna o SWOT analýzu obou zemí. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké příležitosti a překážky oba trhy nabízejí a zda může být mexické prostředí reálnou alternativou pro evropské společnosti, které chtějí rozšířit své outsourcingové aktivity. Výsledky ukazují, že Francie těží zejména z technologického zázemí a regulované stability, zatímco Mexiko přitahuje firmy především nižšími náklady a blízkostí k americkému trhu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis compares the business environment in France and Mexico in terms of the use of IT outsourcing. In the theoretical part, it discusses the basic concepts and the evolution of outsourcing, but also the factors that influence firms' decision-making, such as the availability of skilled labour, legislative conditions or cultural differences. The practical part is based on interviews with experts in the field and is complemented by a SWOT analysis of both countries. The aim of the work is to find out what opportunities and obstacles both markets offer and whether the Mexican environment can be a viable alternative for European companies looking to expand their outsourcing activities. The results show that France benefits mainly from its technological background and regulatory stability, while Mexico attracts companies mainly through lower costs and proximity to the US market. |
