Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a vyhodnocením alternativ místa konání pro pořádání Superfinále florbalu v České republice. Vzhledem k plánovanému mistrovství světa ve florbale v roce 2028, které se bude konat v pražské O2 areně vzniká potřeba zvažovat jiné vhodné sportovní haly pro tuto sportovní událost. Cílem práce je vytvoření vícekriteriální metodiky na bázi metody váženého součtu, která umožní objektivně zhodnotit různé alternativy na základě stanovených kritérií. Ta byla formulována na základě literární rešerše, polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a konzultace s umělou inteligencí. Výsledky analýzy poukazují na silné a slabé stránky jednotlivých sportovních hal v kontextu jejich kapacity, dopravní dostupnosti a zapojení místní komunity. Práce přináší doporučení pro Český florbal, které může sloužit jako podklad pro strategické rozhodování v oblasti budoucího umístění Superfinále florbalu a rozvoje florbalu v České republice. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of alternative venues for hosting the Floorball Superfinal in the Czech Republic. Given the upcoming Men’s Floorball World Championship in 2028, which is scheduled to take place in Prague's O2 arena, it becomes necessary to consider other suitable arenas for this major event. The aim of the thesis is to develop a multi-criteria methodology based on the weighted sum method, which enables an objective evaluation of various alternatives based on defined criteria. These criteria were formulated through a literature review, semi-structured interviews, and consultation with artificial intelligence. The results of the analysis highlight the strengths and weaknesses of individual sports venues in terms of their capacity, transportation accessibility, and local community engagement. The thesis offers recommendations for Czech Floorball that can serve as a basis for strategic decision-making regarding the future location of the Superfinal and the broader development of floorball in the Czech Republic. |
