| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými stávkami v Německu a jejich úspěšností. První část práce mapuje historický vývoj pracovního práva a odborů. Dále se věnuje právní rovině stávkování a vysvětluje roli a strukturu odborů. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na vliv stávkování na zvyšování výdělků zaměstnanců, s důrazem na srovnání vybraných odvětvích v období mezi lety 2008 až 2023. Práce také zkoumá dopady protestů na různé subjekty. Cílem je poskytnout komplexní přehled o pracovních sporech v Německu a zjistit, do jaké míry stávky přispívají ke zvyšování mezd a jak se jejich účinnost liší mezi sektory. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on employee strikes in Germany and their effectiveness. The first part outlines the historical development of labour law and trade unions. It also examines the legal framework of striking and explains the role and structure of trade unions. The second part analyses the impact of strikes on wage increases, with an emphasis on a comparison across selected sectors during the period from 2008 to 2023. The thesis also explores the effects of protests on various stakeholders. The aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of labour disputes in Germany and to determine the extent to which strikes contribute to wage growth and how their effectiveness varies across sectors. |
