| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zmapováním vztahu reshoringu a udržitelného rozvoje. Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit vliv reshoringu na udržitelnost a způsoby, jimiž lze jeho dopady hodnotit. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se věnuje samotnému vysvětlení konceptu reshoringu a jeho kladným i záporným vlivům rozdělených podle dotčené oblasti udržitelnosti. Druhá část popisuje standardy pro nefinanční reporting a jejich kvantitativní identifikátory, které lze použít i pro měření vlivu reshoringu na udržitelnost. Poslední část obsahuje případovou studii společnosti C&A zabývající se jejími nefinančními reporty pro identifikaci reshoringu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on mapping the relationship between reshoring and sustainable development. The aim of this thesis is to assess the impact of reshoring on sustainability and the ways in which its effects can be evaluated. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part explains the concept of reshoring and its positive and negative effects, categorized according to the affected area of sustainability. The second part describes non-financial reporting standards and their quantitative indicators, which can also be used to measure the impact of reshoring on sustainability. The final part includes a case study of the company C&A, examining its non-financial reports to identify aspects related to reshoring. |
