| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním vývoje politického diskurzu o bezpečnosti Arménské republiky v letech 2018-2024. Práce se soustředí na výzkum oficiálních projevů premiéra, ministra zahraničních věcí a ministra obrany Arménie doplněné relevantními vládními dokumenty. Teoretickým východiskem je konstruktivistické pojetí bezpečnosti, teorie sekuritizace a diskurzu. Výzkum je zpracován pomocí tematické analýzy vybraných tematických okruhů: vztahy s velmocemi (Rusko, EU a USA); členství v organizaci kolektivní obrany; konflikt o Náhorní Karabach; vztahy se sousedy – Gruzií, Íránem, Tureckem a Ázerbájdžánem; ostatní témata – profesionální armáda a iniciativa Křižovatky míru. V závěru zjištění ukazují, že diskurz o bezpečnosti se posunul od jednostranné závislosti na Rusku k diverzifikaci partnerů, normalizaci vztahů se sousedy a pragmatické úvaze o konceptu Reálné Arménie jako novém směru zajištění bezpečnosti. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis examines the development of political discourse on the security of the Republic of Armenia between 2018 and 2024. The analysis focuses on official speeches delivered by the Prime Minister, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister of Defence of Armenia, supplemented by relevant government documents. The theoretical framework draws on the constructivist concept of security, the theory of securitization, and discourse theory. The research employs thematic analysis across selected areas: relations with great powers (Russia, the EU, and the USA); membership in a collective-defence organization; the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict; relations with neighbouring states - Georgia, Iran, Turkey, and Azerbaijan; and other themes, including the professionalization of the armed forces and the Crossroads of Peace initiative. The findings show that Armenia’s security discourse has shifted from unilateral dependence on Russia toward partner diversification, normalizing relations with neighbours and a pragmatic embrace of the Real Armenia concept as a new way for ensuring security. |
