| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem spolupráce mezi Ruskou federací a KLDR na vnímání bezpečnosti v Korejské republice. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat a analyzovat témata přispívající k tvorbě bezpečnostního dilematu v jihokorejských akademických kruzích a jak tento proces ovlivnila válka na Ukrajině. Tohoto cíle bylo dosaženo pomocí kvalitativní metody analýzy obsahu 29 článků publikovaných jihokorejským think-thankem KINU v období 2014-2024. Výsledky analýzy ukazují na zásadní změnu ve vnímání partnerství KLDR a Ruské federace po roce 2022, přičemž byly zaznamenány obavy z narušení regionální bezpečnostní struktury a vzrostl tlak na zbrojení a posilování jihokorejských aliancí. Závěry práce potvrzují, že spolupráce mezi dvěma státy může zásadně ovlivnit vnímání bezpečnosti třetího státu, a současně potvrzují přítomnost bezpečnostního dilematu v jihokorejských akademických kruzích. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis examines the impact of the cooperation between the Russian Federation and the DPRK on the perception of security in the Republic of Korea. The aim of the thesis was to identify and analyze the topics contributing to the formation of a security dilemma within South Korean academic circles, and to assess how this process was influenced by the war in Ukraine. This objective was achieved through the qualitative content analysis of 29 articles published by the South Korean think tank KINU between 2014 and 2024. The results of the analysis indicate a significant shift in the perception of the DPRK-Russian Federation partnership after 2022, highlighting concerns about the disruption of the regional security structure and increasing pressure for rearmament and strengthening of South Korean alliances. The conclusions of the thesis confirm that cooperation between two states can fundamentally affect the security perception of a third state, and also confirm the presence of a security dilemma within South Korean academic discourse. |
