| Abstract: | Vzdělání v podobě lidského kapitálu reprezentuje klíčový faktor v dlouhodobém ekonomickém růstu, a sice prostřednictvím navýšení inovativní kapacity ekonomiky. Diplomová práce si klade za cíl identifikovat a zhodnotit atributy inovativnosti v procesu vzdělávání na vzoru Švýcarska. Práce se rovněž zabývá rolí iniciativy SNAI ve Švýcarském inovačním systému. První část práce definuje roli lidského kapitálu v dlouhodobém ekonomickém růstu a inovativnosti ekonomiky. Druhá část práce stanovuje prvky ve Švýcarském vzdělávacím procesu, které přispívají posílení inovativnosti Švýcarska. Poslední část práce analyzuje inovační iniciativu SNAI a její přínos do švýcarského inovačního systému. |

| Abstract: | Education, in the form of human capital, represents a key factor in long-term economic growth, namely by increasing the innovative capacity of the economy. The thesis aims to identify and evaluate the attributes of innovativeness in the process of education on the model of Switzerland. The thesis also examines the role of the SNAI in the Swiss innovation system. The first part of the thesis defines the role of human capital in the long-term economic growth and innovativeness of the economy. The second part of the thesis sets out the elements in the Swiss education process that contribute to the Swiss innovation performance. The last part of the thesis analyses the SNAI innovation initiative and its contribution to the Swiss innovation system. |
