Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá inovativností Německa a zvláštní pozornost je věnována hlavnímu městu Berlín. Inovativnost představuje podstatný atribut vyspělých ekonomik, přičemž její vznik a rozvoj je podmíněn synergií souběžně působících faktorů, jež přispívají k hospodářskému růstu a konkurenceschopnosti. První kapitola vymezuje kontext problematiky inovací a poskytne podrobný přehled postavení Německa a Berlína v rámci světových a evropských inovačních indikátorů. Druhá kapitola zkoumá konkrétní příčiny se zaměřením na podnikatelské prostředí, školství a vzdělávací systém a inovační politiku. Cílem práce je zjistit a zhodnotit hlavní příčiny vysoké inovativnosti Německa s důrazem na Berlín včetně faktorů, které tomu napomohly. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis examines the innovativeness of Germany, with a special focus on the capital city Berlin. Innovativeness is an essential attribute of advanced economies, and its emergence and development are conditioned by a synergy of concurrent factors that contribute to economic growth and competitiveness. The first chapter establishes the context of innovation and provides a detailed overview of Germany’s and Berlin’s position within global and European innovation indicators. The second chapter deals with the specific causes, focusing on the business environment, the education system and innovation policy. The aim of this thesis is to identify and evaluate the main causes of Germany's high innovativeness, with an emphasis on Berlin, including the factors that have contributed to it. |
