| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat a rozebrat hlavní socioekonomické dopady migrace na obyvatele Venezuely. Vzhledem k rozsahu této migrační krize se práce zaměřuje na důsledky masového odchodu obyvatel, na změny pracovního trhu, zdravotnictví, ale i na životní podmínky těch, kteří v zemi zůstali. V první teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na popsání vybraných migračních teorií, termínu migrace a samozřejmě také na socioekonomické dopady a jejich měřitelnost. V další části je pozornost směřována k historii a příčinám migrace ve Venezuele a rozebíráme migrační toky z Venezuely, které směřují především do okolních zemí v rámci regionu, ale také do Evropy, a to především do Španělska. V poslední části je pozornost věnována dopadům této krize na Venezuelu, kde se věnujeme remitencím, které představují zásadní finanční zdroj pro venezuelské domácnosti, dále problematice „odlivu mozků“, tedy emigraci kvalifikovaných odborníků, která dále prohlubuje hospodářskou a sociální krizi v zemi, dopadům na oblasti zdravotnictví, školství a také na politcké důsledky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify and analyze the main socio-economic impacts of migration on the Venezuelan population. Given the extent of this migratory crisis, the thesis focuses on the consequences of the mass exodus, changes in the labour market, the health system, and the living conditions of those who stayed in the country. In the first theoretical part, the thesis focuses on describing selected migration theories, the term migration and the socio-economic impacts and how to measure them. In the following part, the attention is directed to the history and causes of migration in Venezuela and the migration flows from Venezuela are analyzed, which are mainly directed to neighboring countries within the region, but also to Europe, especially to Spain. In the last section, the thesis focuses on the impact of this crisis on Venezuela, looking at remittances, which represent crucial financial resource for Venezuelan households, the issue of the 'brain drain',that means the emigration of skilled professionals, which is further exacerbating the economic and social crisis in the country, the impact on the health and education sectors, and the political consequences. |
