| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku demografického stárnutí v České republice a jeho sociální dopady. Hlavním cílem je zhodnotit současný návrh důchodové reformy a posoudit jeho přínos při řešení výzev spojených s rostoucím podílem starší populace. Práce nejprve představuje strukturu českého sociálního a důchodového systému a analyzuje, jaké konkrétní dopady má demografické stárnutí na fungování důchodového systému. V rámci mezinárodního srovnání jsou představeny zkušenosti vybraných zemí, které již přijaly opatření ke stabilizaci svých důchodových systémů. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou formulována doporučení pro další možné kroky v oblasti důchodové politiky v České republice. V závěru práce je návrh důchodové reformy vyhodnocen z hlediska jeho schopnosti reagovat na sociální dopady demografického stárnutí. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of demographic ageing in the Czech Republic and its social impacts. The main aim is to evaluate the current pension reform proposal and assess its contribution to addressing the challenges posed by the growing share of the elderly population. The thesis first presents the structure of the Czech social and pension system and analyses the specific impacts of demographic ageing on the functioning of the pension system. It then compares the approaches of selected countries that have already implemented measures to stabilize their pension systems. Based on the conducted analysis, recommendations for further steps in Czech pension policy are formulated. In the final part, the pension reform proposal is evaluated in terms of its ability to respond to the social impacts of demographic ageing. |
