| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá regulací lobbingu v německy mluvících zemích. Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat právní rámec a regulativní pravidla lobbingu v jednotlivých zemích, identifikovat rozdíly mezi jednotlivými zeměmi a určit trendy, kterými se regulace lobbingu v jednotlivých zemích vydává. Práce se opírá o komparativní analýzu a analýzu legislativních dokumentů. Hodnotí důležité parametry regulativních systémů jako je míra transparentnosti, povinnost registrace lobbistů nebo systém sankcí, který zajištuje vymahatelnost daných pravidel. |

| Abstract: | This thesis maps regulation of lobbying in German speaking countries. The aim of this thesis was to analyse the legislative framework and regulative rules in respective countries, identifiy the main differences between the respective countries and set the trends, which the respective countries follow. Thesis is based on comparative analysis and legislative documents analysis. It asseses important parameters, such as the level of transparency, obligatory lobbyist registration or sanctions used to enforce respective system. |
