Tato diplomová práce nesoucí název „Typologie osobnosti a leadership“ se věnuje MBTI typologii osobnosti ve spojitosti s leadershipem a klade si za cíl identifikovat klíčové aspekty lídra a zjistit, jak se tyto aspekty promítají do osobnostního typu podle modelu MBTI. Dílčím cílem je prozkoumat situaci ve firmě a navrhnout doporučení pro rozvoj leadership schopností s pomocí metody MBTI. V rámci práce byla nejprve provedena literární rešerše, která poskytla teoretický základ. Následně byl realizován vlastní kvalitativní výzkum. Výstupem práce je soubor doporučení, zpracovaný ve formě praktické příručky. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis, titled „Personality Typology and Leadership“ focuses on the MBTI personality typology in connection with leadership. Its main objective is to identify the key aspects of an effective leader and examine how these aspects are reflected in personality types according to the MBTI model. A secondary goal is to analyze the situation within a chosen company and propose recommendations for developing leadership skills using the MBTI approach. The research process began with a literature review, providing the theoretical foundation. This was followed by original qualitative research. The outcome of the thesis is a set of recommendations compiled in the form of a practical guide. |
