Pandemie COVID-19 zásadně ovlivnila mezinárodní obchod, přičemž nejvíce zasažena byla odvětví, která spoléhají na složité logistické řetězce a kde hraje klíčovou roli vysoká míra spolupráce a čas. Jedním z takových odvětví je právě trh řezaných květin, který čelil významným změnám v jeho klíčových oblastech – od produkce a pěstování květin, přes jejich distribuci, až po konečnou spotřebu. Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit, jak pandemie COVID-19 ovlivnila trh řezaných květin a zmapovat jaká je aktuální situace na tomto trhu. Práce se zaměřuje na klíčové faktory, jako je narušení dodavatelských řetězců, omezení mezinárodního obchodu, změny spotřebitelského chování a přechod na alternativní distribuční kanály. Dále jsou zkoumány dlouhodobé změny, které pandemie v tomto sektoru nastartovala, včetně posunu směrem k udržitelnějším standardům. Tato práce tedy nabízí ucelený pohled na proměny tohoto odvětví v důsledku pandemie. |

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on international trade, with industries relying on complex supply chains and requiring a high level of collaboration and time efficiency being the most affected. One such industry is the cut flower market, which faced major changes in its key areas—from flower production and cultivation to distribution and final consumption. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate how the COVID-19 pandemic affected the cut flower market and to map the current state of this industry. The thesis focuses on key factors such as disruptions in supply chains, restrictions on international trade, changes in consumer behavior, and the shift to alternative distribution channels. It also examines the long-term changes initiated by the pandemic, including the move towards more sustainable standards. This thesis thus offers a comprehensive overview of the transformations in this sector as a result of the pandemic. |
