Bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem digitálního nomádství ve vztahu k odvětvím turismu a hospitality. Cílem je analyzovat potřeby digitálních nomádů ve vazbě na infrastrukturu a služby v destinacích a zhodnotit připravenost Prahy jako cílového místa pro tento typ cestovatelů. Práce kombinuje teoretický rámec s praktickou aplikací a využívá kvalitativní výzkumnou metodu v podobě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s českými i zahraničními digitálními nomády. Na základě výpovědí respondentů jsou identifikovány klíčové faktory ovlivňující výběr destinace, překážky při práci na dálku a specifické nároky na ubytování, pracovní zázemí a doprovodné služby. Dále je analyzována současná infrastruktura turismu a hospitality v Praze a je srovnána s potřebami digitálních nomádů. Výsledkem práce je návrh konkrétních opatření, která mohou zvýšit atraktivitu Prahy z pohledu digitálních nomádů. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis explores the phenomenon of digital nomadism in relation to the tourism and hospitality sectors. The aim is to analyse the needs of digital nomads in relation to infrastructure and services in destinations and to assess the readiness of Prague as a destination for this type of travellers. The thesis combines a theoretical framework with practical application and uses a qualitative research method in the form of semi-structured interviews with Czech and foreign digital nomads. Based on the respondents' accounts, key factors influencing the choice of destination, barriers to teleworking and specific requirements for accommodation, work facilities and accompanying services are identified. Furthermore, the current tourism and hospitality infrastructure in Prague is analysed and compared with the needs of digital nomads. As a result, the thesis proposes specific measures that can increase the attractiveness of Prague from the perspective of digital nomads. |
