Cílem bakalářské práce je v teoretické části představit rozdělení farmaceutického průmyslu a marketingovou komunikaci s tím spojenou, která je v této oblasti velice specifická. V praktické části se bude práce zaměřovat na vyhodnocení efektivnosti strategie omnichannel marketingu farmaceutických společností na základě výzkumných otázek zaměřených na kvalitu a úroveň informovanosti v rámci omnichannel komunikace a aktivit farmaceutických zástupců na českém trhu. |

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to present in the theoretical part the division of the pharmaceutical industry and the marketing communication related to it, which is very specific in this area. In the practical part, the thesis will focus on evaluating the effectiveness of pharmaceutical companies' omnichannel marketing strategy based on research questions focused on the quality and level of awareness in omnichannel communication and activities of pharmaceutical representatives on the Czech market. |
