| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá implementací principů ESG (environmentálních, sociálních a správních) v českém podnikatelském prostředí. Teoretická část se věnuje konceptu ESG, jeho významu, legislativnímu rámci a problematice ESG reportingu. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu realizovaném formou strukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci tří firem. Výsledky ukazují rozdílné přístupy k ESG, ale zároveň potvrzují jeho rostoucí význam. Práce identifikuje hlavní přínosy i překážky, se kterými se podniky při zavádění ESG setkávají, a přispívá tak k lepšímu porozumění jeho praktické implementaci v českém kontextu. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles in the Czech business environment. The theoretical part explores the ESG concept, its significance, the legislative framework, and the issue of ESG reporting. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through structured interviews with representatives of three companies. The results reveal different approaches to ESG while also confirming its growing importance. The thesis identifies the main benefits and challenges that companies face during the implementation of ESG and thus contributes to a better understanding of its practical application in the Czech context. |
