Diplomová práce se zabývá dopady nástupu elektromobility na automobilový průmysl a zaměstnanost, se zaměřením na klíčové regiony automobilové výroby. Elektromobilita představuje jeden z hlavních transformačních trendů současného automobilového sektoru, a to v reakci na klimaticko-environmen-tální politiku, technologický vývoj a proměňující se spotřebitelské preference. Teoretická část práce se věnuje důvodům podpory elektromobility, vývoji legislativního rámce, technologickým řešením a me-zinárodnímu srovnání přístupů v USA, Evropské unii a Číně. Praktická část se soustředí na analýzu dopadů elektromobility na zaměstnanost v České republice, Slovensku a Německu. Výsledky ukazují, že nástup elektromobility přináší nejen rizika v podobě zániku některých pracovních míst, ale také nové příležitosti v oblasti výzkumu, vývoje a pokročilých výrobních technologií. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření a strategie, které mohou přispět k udržení konkurenceschopnosti českého automo-bilového průmyslu v kontextu probíhající průmyslové transformace. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis explores the impact of the rise of electromobility on the automotive industry and employ-ment, focusing on key automotive manufacturing regions. Electromobility is one of the major transformative trends in the current automotive sector, driven by climate policy, technological inno-vation, and shifting consumer preferences. The theoretical part of the thesis examines the rationale behind electromobility support, the development of the legislative framework, technological solutions, and a comparison of approaches in the United States, the European Union, and China. The practical part focuses on analysing the effects of electromobility on employment in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany. The findings demonstrate that electromobility entails not only risks, such as the loss of certain job categories, but also new opportunities in research, development, and advanced manufactu-ring technologies. In conclusion, the thesis proposes strategic measures aimed at preserving the competitiveness of the Czech automotive industry amid the ongoing industrial transformation. |
