| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí personalisty na střední škole, respektive na střední odborné škole v Jihomoravském kraji. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak pedagogičtí pracovníci vnímají roli personalisty, jeho personální činnosti a jejich dopad na pracovní spokojenost pedagogů a schopnost školy dosahovat svých cílů. Výzkum je proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi pedagogickými pracovníky a je doplněn polostrukturovaným rozhovorem s personalistou. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že personalista je pedagogickými pracovníky vnímán pozitivně, zároveň však poukazují na rozdíly ve vnímání jeho role pedagogy a jím samotným. Práce je kombinací teoretických východisek s praktickým šetřením a nabízí doporučení, která mohou přispět k lepšímu nastavení procesů v konkrétní vzdělávací organizaci. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the role of a human resources manager at a public vocational high school in the South Moravian region of the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to determine how the pedagogical staff at the school perceives the role of the human resources manager, their work, and their impact on employes' well-being and the school's ability to fulfill its goals. The research is conducted through a questionnaire survey among the pedagogical staff, complemented by a semi-structured interview with the human resources manager. The results indicate that the role of the human resources manager is generally perceived positively; however, they also reveal differences between the way the pedagogical staff and the manager themself view the position. This thesis combines theoretical sources with practical investigation and offers recommendations that may contribute to improvements in processes within the specific educational organization. |
