Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá faktory ovlivňujícími volbu pediatra mezi rodiči v České republice. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, které z vybraných atributů: místní dostupnost, recenze, smluvní spolupráce s pojišťovnami a pohlaví lékaře mají na rozhodování rodičů největší vliv. Výzkum byl realizován kvantitativní metodou pomocí Conjoint analýzy ve specializovaném softwaru 1000minds, který simuloval reálné rozhodovací situace. Data byla sbírána prostřednictvím online dotazníku. Výsledky ukázaly, že největší roli při výběru pediatra hrají recenze, následované rozsahem smluvní spolupráce lékaře s pojišťovnami. Místní dostupnost a pohlaví lékaře měly na rozhodování rodičů nižší dopad. Výsledky práce mohou přispět ke zlepšení zdravotnických služeb a efektivnějšímu přizpůsobení péče potřebám rodičů a jejich dětí. |

This bachelor thesis deals with factors influencing the choice of paediatrician among parents in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis was to determine which of the selected attributes: local availability, reviews, contractual cooperation with insurance companies and gender of the doctor have the greatest influence on parents' decision-making. The research was carried out by a quantitative method using Conjoint analysis in the specialised software 1000minds, which simulated real decision-making situations. Data were collected through an online questionnaire. The results showed that reviews play the largest role in choosing a paediatrician, followed by the extent of the physician's contractual cooperation with insurance companies. Local availability and gender of the physician had less impact on parents' decision-making. The results of this study may contribute to improving health services and tailoring care more effectively to the needs of parents and their children. |
