Cílem této práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti JTEKT Czech Republic s.r.o. k datu 31. 3. 2023, která může sloužit jako důležitý podklad pro klíčová strategická rozhodnutí a potenciální transakce. Teoretická část se zabývá celkovým procesem oceňování společností, vysvětlením základních pojmů vztahujících se k dané problematice a popisem oceňovacích metod. Praktická část je věnována aplikaci teoretických poznatků za účelem vytvoření komplexního oceňovacího postupu. Mezi dílčí kroky ocenění patří finanční a strategická analýza, finanční plán a z něho plynoucí generátory hodnoty a výnosové ocenění pomoci metody DCF Entity. Výsledná hodnota je porovnána s účetní hodnotou vlastního kapitálu k datu ocenění a s hodnotou stanovenou na základě odvětvových násobitelů. Výstupem práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti JTEKT Czech Republic s.r.o. k datu 31. 3. 2023. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this master thesis is to determine the market value of JTEKT Czech Republic s.r.o., as at March 31, 2023, which can serve as an important basis for key strategic decisions and potential transactions. The theoretical part explains the overall process of company valuation, goes over the basic concepts related to the issue, and describes utilized valuation methods. The practical part is focused on the application of the theoretical concepts in order to create a comprehensive valuation. The partial steps of the valuation include financial and strategic analysis, creating a financial plan, and planning the key value drivers, leading to the income valuation using the DCF Entity method. The resulting value is benchmarked against the book value of equity as at the valuation date and the value determined based on market multiples. The output of this thesis is the determination of the value of JTEKT Czech Republic s.r.o. as at March 31, 2023. |
