Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zjistit typy okolností, které vedly k odporu zaměstnanců při přijímání AI ve firmách či okolnosti vedou-cí k pozitivnímu přijetí AI zaměstnanci a také zjistit vliv na pracovní výkon zaměstnanců při integraci technologie AI a jakým způsobem na integraci AI zaměstnanci reagovali. Na základě literární rešerše bylo vyhodnoceno, že relevantní metodou pro tento výzkum je kvalita-tivní metoda v podobě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výsledky uká-zaly výstižné přínosy a rizika související s adopcí umělé inteligence do pracovního prostředí, přičemž se oslovení respondenti shodli na po-třebě adopce AI do firem, neobávají se o svá pracovní místa, ale současně dbají na to, aby její výstupy byly kontrolovány. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this thesis was to find out the types of circumstances that led to employee resistance in adopting AI in companies or circumstances leading to positive adoption of AI by employees and also to find out the impact on employee performance in integrating AI technology and how employees responded to AI integration. Based on the literature search, it was assessed that the qualitative method in the form of semi-structured interviews was the relevant method for this research. The results showed concise benefits and risks associated with the adoption of AI in the work environment, with the respondents agreeing on the need to adopt AI in companies, not worrying about their jobs but at the same time ensuring that its outputs are controlled. |
