Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem favoritismu a nepotismu na pracovní vztahy a vnímání spravedlnosti v rodinných firmách. Teoretická část práce poskytuje přehled o specifikách rodinných podniků a rozebírá pojmy favoritismus a nepotismus v kontextu pracovních vztahů mezi rodinnými a nerodinnými zaměstnanci. V praktické části této práce byl použit smíšený výzkumný přístup, kombinující kvalitativní a kvantitativní metody. Výzkum zahrnoval polostrukturované rozhovory s majiteli rodinných firem a distribuci dotazníků mezi jejich zaměstnance. Tato část práce prezentuje výsledky výzkumu, jejich interpretaci a následnou analýzu. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis examines the impact of favoritism and nepotism on workplace relationships and the perception of fairness within family businesses. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an overview of the specific characteristics of family businesses and analyzes the concepts of favoritism and nepotism in the context of work relationships between family and non-family employees. In the practical part of the thesis, a mixed research approach combining qualitative and quantitative methods was employed. The research included semi-structured interviews with family business owners and the distribution of questionnaires among their employees. This part of the thesis presents the research results, their interpretation, and subsequent analysis. |
