Diplomová práce zkoumá postoje a jednání mladých lidí ve vztahu k odpadům, které produkují v každodenním životě. Jejím cílem je s využitím vybraných postupů participačního akčního výzkumu, který bude realizován na jedné střední škole, zvýšit ochotu studentů třídit odpad produkovaný ve školním prostředí. V rámci akčního výzkumu budou dále identifikovány faktory, které důslednému třídění odpadů brání či jej naopak podporují. Výstupem práce bude rovněž ná-vrh edukativních a manažerských postupů pro zvýšení ochoty studentů třídit odpad a zodpovědně se chovat k životnímu prostředí. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis explores the attitudes and behaviors of young people in relation to the waste they generate in everyday life. Its aim is to increase students’ willingness to sort waste produced in the school environment, using selected methods of participatory action research conducted at one secondary school. As part of the action research, factors that hinder or support consistent waste sorting will also be identified. The outcome of the thesis will include a proposal of educational and managerial approaches to enhance students’ willingness to sort waste and to behave responsibly towards the environment. |
