Tato diplomová práce se zabývá determinanty akceptace digitálních řešení zdravotníky, konkrétně se zaměřuje na využití tabletu pro zaznamenávání elektronické zdravotnické dokumentace, který používají zdravotničtí záchranáři. Práce vnímá využívání digitálních technologií jako jednu z cest k posílení sociální udržitelnosti ve zdravotnictví, proto zkoumá vliv možných determinantů na akceptaci technologií. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují záměr zdravotníků tablet využívat. Výzkum je postaven na modelech TAM a UTAUT doplněné o další faktory identifikované v literární rešerši. Data pro výzkum byla získána v dotazníkovém šetření, kterého se zúčastnily krajské záchranné služby ze čtyř krajů České republiky. Výsledky byly analyzovány pomocí lineární regresní analýzy. Jako statisticky významné prediktory akceptace používání tabletu se ukázaly být vnímaná užitečnost technologie a sociální vliv. Práce identifikuje také svá výzkumná omezení a navrhuje další možné směry pro zkoumání akceptace digitálních řešení zdravotníky. |

This thesis explores the determinants of healthcare professionals’ acceptance of digital solutions, with a particular focus on the use of tablets for recording electronic health records (EHR) by emergency medical services (EMS) personnel. It considers the adoption of digital technologies as one of the pathways to strengthening social sustainability in healthcare and therefore examines the influence of potential determinants on technology acceptance. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors that influence healthcare workers’ intention to use tablets. The research is based on the TAM and UTAUT models, complemented by additional factors identified through a literature review. Data were collected via a questionnaire survey involving regional EMS providers from four regions of the Czech Republic. The results were analyzed using linear regression analysis. Perceived usefulness of the technology and social influence emerged as statistically significant predictors of tablet acceptance. The thesis also outlines its research limitations and suggests potential directions for further investigation into healthcare professionals’ acceptance of digital solutions. |
