| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaměřuje na změny ve finančních procesech při integraci umělé inteligence v rámci společnosti působící na českém realitním trhu. Cílem práce je identifikovat technické bariéry, které ovlivňují finanční procesy. Pro naplnění cíle byl zvolen kvalitativní přístup, který zahrnoval rozhovory, pozorování a analýzu dokumentů. Přínosem práce byla identifikace technických bariér, které mohou být typické při implementaci do technických procesů. Výsledky teoretického přínosu se projevují v rozšíření výzkumu o identifikaci zákonitostí na základě zkoumané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This work focuses on changes in financial processes during the implementation of Artificial Intelligence on the Czech market. The aim of the thesis is to identify technical barriers that influence financial processes. To achieve this aim, a qualitative approach was chosen, including interviews, observations, and document analysis. The outcome of the work is the identification of technical barriers that may be typical during the implementation of technological processes. The findings from the theoretical part are reflected in the research extension, which identifies key principles based on the studied company. |
