Práce adaptuje existující studii (Mills & Kanavos, 2022) a v rámci sekvenčního kombinovaného výzkumu analyzuje dokumenty Státního ústavu pro kontrolu léčiv a Ministerstva zdravotníctva Slovenskej republiky ze správních řízení zahájených mezi lety 2022 a 2024 týkajících se stanovení úhrady inovativním léčivým přípravků s cílem identifikovat rozdíly mezi hodnoceními jednotlivých státních autorit. Byla prokázána nezávislost závěru rozhodnutí na hodnotící autoritě. Pro Českou republiku byl pozorován statisticky signifikantní vliv zejména designu klíčové klinické studie a dalších klinických nejistot, pro Slovensko nikoliv. Byly identifikovány limitace související s výběrem vzorku a kódováním, které dávají potenciál pro další – kvalitativní – výzkum. |

Based on an existing study by Mills and Kanavos (2022), this thesis analyses documents from the State Institute for Drug Control and the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic relating to administrative proceedings concerning the reimbursement of innovative medicinal products initiated between 2022 and 2024. The aim is to identify differences in the reimbursement assessments made by different state authorities. The independence of the decision from the evaluating authority was demonstrated. A statistically significant effect of the design of the pivotal clinical trial, as well as other clinical uncertainties, was observed in the Czech Republic, but not in Slovakia. Limitations related to sample selection and coding were identified, suggesting scope for further qualitative research. |
