| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zjištění aktuální míry pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců s vybranými interními a externími faktory pracovního prostředí v ČR. Dále analyzuje vztah mezi celkovou spokojeností s interními a externími faktory a zkoumá vliv pohlaví zaměstnanců na jejich celkovou spokojenost s interními faktory. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu využívajícím standardizovaný dotazník Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS), rozšířený o otázky týkající se fyzického a architektonického prostředí. Výsledky ukazují existenci středně silné pozitivní korelace mezi spokojeností s interními a externími faktory a neprokázaly statisticky významné rozdíly v úrovni spokojenosti mezi muži a ženami. Práce přináší přehled o současné situaci a může sloužit jako východisko pro zaměstnavatele usilující o zvýšení spokojenosti pracovníků. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on assessing the current level of job satisfaction among employees in the Czech Republic in relation to selected internal and external factors of the work environment. It further analyses the relationship between overall satisfaction with internal and external factors and examines the impact of employee gender on overall satisfaction with internal factors. The empirical part is based on quantitative research using the standardized Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS), supplemented with questions related to the physical and architectural environment. The results reveal a moderate positive correlation between satisfaction with internal and external factors, and no statistically significant differences in satisfaction levels between men and women were found. The thesis provides an overview of the current situation and may serve as a basis for employers seeking to improve employee satisfaction. |
