| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na ekonomické faktory ovlivňující dostupnost bydlení v České republice a zkoumá jejich vliv na rozvoj v této oblasti. Prostřednictvím literární rešerše, jejího zhodnocení a stanovení milníků bude možné identifikovat zásadní faktory, které mohou tvořit bariéry na dostupnost trhu s bydlením, a které mohou mít zásadní vliv na zmiňovaný rozvoj. Součástí práce bude kvantitativní dotazníkové šetření, jak na tyto faktory reaguje populace různých věkových, lokálních a sociálních skupin. Vyhodnocení šetření nám poskytne systematický přehled hlavních obav z bariér a pohledů české populace, ze kterých stanovíme potenciální řešení vedoucí k lepší dostupnosti. Tato problematika má zásadní vliv na hospodářský a sociální rozvoj v této oblasti, taktéž na ekonomickou stabilitu, regionální disparity a celkovou kvalitu života obyvatel. Získané poznatky budou diskutovány v kontextu současných možností a doplněny ke vzorcům doporučení pro podporu dostupného bydlení. Cílem této práce je dojít k hlubšímu porozumění vztahu mezi bariérami a dostupností bydlení v ČR, s ohledem na potřeby a perspektivy obyvatelstva. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on economic factors affecting the availability of housing in the Czech Republic and examines their influence on development in this area. By means of literary research, its evaluation and the establishment of milestones, it will be possible to identify essential factors that can form barriers to the availability of the housing market, and which can have a fundamental influence on the mentioned development. Part of the work will be a quantitative questionnaire survey of how the population of different age, local and social groups reacts to these factors. The evaluation of the survey will provide us with a systematic overview of the main concerns from the barriers and the point of view of the Czech population, from which we will determine potential solutions leading to better accessibility. This issue has a major impact on economic and social development in this area, as well as on economic stability, regional disparities and the overall quality of life of the population. The knowledge gained will be discussed in the context of current possibilities and added to the recommendation formulas for supporting affordable housing. The goal of this work is to achieve a deeper understanding of the relationship between barriers and the availability of housing in the Czech Republic, taking into account the needs and perspectives of the population. |
