Cílem této práce je analyzovat vnímání diverzity a pozitivní diskriminace zaměstnanci vybraného českého podniku. Práce na základě odborné literatury zkoumá vývoj diskriminace, její dopady na zaměstnance a metody, které se ji snaží eliminovat. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jak zaměstnanci českého podniku tuto problematiku vnímají. Výzkum byl realizován ve velké české firmě, jejíž identita zůstává anonymní z důvodu citlivosti tématu. Výběr této firmy byl motivován její velikostí, která ji nutí reagovat na moderní trendy v oblasti diverzity a inkluze, a zároveň dostatečným počtem respondentů, což umožňuje relevantní analýzu výsledků. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this paper is to analyse the perception of diversity and positive discrimination by employees of a selected Czech company. Based on the literature, the thesis examines the development of discrimination, its impact on employees and methods that try to eliminate it. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey, the aim of which was to find out how employees of a Czech company perceive this issue. The research was conducted in a large Czech company, whose identity remains anonymous due to the sensitivity of the topic. The choice of this company was motivated by its size, which forces it to respond to modern trends in the field of diversity and inclusion, and at the same time by the sufficient number of respondents, which allows a relevant analysis of the results. |
