| Abstract: |
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou procesu uvolňování zablokovaných objednávek v konkrétním firemním prostředí, kde o uvolnění rozhodují různě spolupracující oddělení. Cílem bylo identifikovat úzká místa v komunikaci a rozhodovacím řetězci, kvantifikovat dobu trvání jednotlivých fází procesu a navrhnout potenciální zlepšení. Pomocí analýzy reálných případů a využitím základních statistických nástrojů byly identifikovány konkrétní vzorce chování, zpoždění a příčiny odlehlých hodnot. Výsledky ukazují na výrazné rozdíly v délce reakčních dob mezi jednotlivými odděleními a potvrzují vliv lidského faktoru. Práce uzavírá návrhy na optimalizaci, které by měly vést ke zvýšení efektivity a transparentnosti schvalovacího procesu. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis analyzes the process of releasing blocked orders within a specific corporate environment, where the decision to release involves various collaborating departments. The aim was to identify bottlenecks in communication and the decision-making chain, quantify the duration of individual process phases, and propose potential improvements. Through the analysis of real cases and the use of basic statistical tools, specific patterns of behavior, delays, and causes of outliers were identified. The results reveal significant differences in response times between departments and confirm the influence of the human factor. The thesis concludes with optimization proposals aimed at increasing the efficiency and transparency of the approval process. |
