| Abstract: |
Diplomová práce zkoumá vztah mezi automatizací pracovních procesů a pracovní spokojeností zaměstnanců v konkrétní společnosti. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak automatizace ovlivňuje spokojenost, jaké existují rozdíly mezi demografickými skupinami a které faktory mají největší vliv na celkové hodnocení pracovní spokojenosti. Výzkum kombinoval kvantitativní dotazníkové šetření a kvalitativní analýzu otevřených odpovědí. Výsledky ukázaly, že automatizace byla spojena se zvýšením autonomie a celkové spokojenosti. Klíčovými faktory spokojenosti byly autonomie a profesní rozvoj. Práce přináší poznatky pro teorii pracovní spokojenosti a doporučení pro řízení technologických změn v organizacích. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis examines the relationship between work process automation and employee job satisfaction in a specific company. The aim was to determine how automation affects satisfaction, what differences exist between demographic groups, and which factors have the greatest impact on overall job satisfaction ratings. The research combined a quantitative questionnaire survey and a qualitative analysis of open-ended responses. Results showed that automation was associated with increased autonomy and overall satisfaction. Autonomy and professional development were the key drivers of satisfaction. The paper provides insights for job satisfaction theory and recommendations for managing technological change in organizations. |
