| Abstract: |
Diplomová práce analyzuje environmentální povědomí a vzdělávání studentů Fakulty managementu VŠE a Fakulty životního prostředí UJEP. Cílem bylo porovnat postoje, míru angažovanosti a vnímání environmentálních témat. Výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření ukázal vyšší environmentální gramotnost studentů FŽP UJEP, ale i rostoucí význam environmentálních témat u studentů FM VŠE. Práce zdůrazňuje nutnost systematické environmentální osvěty a upozorňuje na důsledky nízké úrovně environmentálních znalostí u budoucích manažerů. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis analyzes environmental awareness and education among students of the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Prague (VŠE) and the Faculty of Environment at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University (UJEP). The aim was to compare attitudes, levels of engagement, and perceptions of environmental issues. The survey-based research revealed a higher level of environmental literacy among students of the UJEP Faculty of Environment, but also highlighted the growing importance of environmental topics among students of the VŠE Faculty of Management. The thesis emphasizes the necessity of systematic environmental education and draws attention to the consequences of low environmental knowledge among future managers. |
