| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu spokojenosti návštěvníků turistické destinace Lipensko, přičemž cílem výzkumu bylo identifikovat faktory ovlivňující spokojenost návštěvníků a porovnat je mezi sebou. V rámci výzkumu byly formulovány dva výzkumné předpoklady a hypotéza týkající se korelace mezi atmosférou destinace a celkovou spokojeností návštěvníků. Pro sběr dat byla využita kvantitativní metoda s osobním a online dotazováním. Výsledky ukázaly, že nejlépe hodnocenými faktory byly bezpečnost a možnost aktivního sportování, přičemž negativně hodnocenými faktory byly místní doprava a množství návštěvníků. Hypotéza o korelaci mezi atmosférou a spokojeností byla vyvrácena, když analýza ukázala, že nejvíce korelujícím faktorem je počasí. Práce přináší cenné poznatky pro zlepšení nabídky destinace a zvýšení spokojenosti návštěvníků, s cílem podpořit udržitelný rozvoj regionu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the satisfaction of visitors to the tourist destination Lipno, the aim of the research was to identify the factors influencing the satisfaction of visitors and compare them with each other. The research formulated two research assumptions and a hypothesis regarding the correlation between the atmosphere of the destination and overall visitor satisfaction. A quantitative method with face-to-face and online interviews was used for data collection. The results showed that the top-ranked factors were safety and the possibility of active sports, while the negatively ranked factors were local traffic and the number of visitors. The hypothesis of a correlation between atmosphere and satisfaction was disproved when the analysis showed that weather was the most correlated factor. The paper provides valuable insights for improving destination offerings and increasing visitor satisfaction in order to promote sustainable development of the region. |
