Bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv vstupu zahraničního vlastníka do le-tecké společnosti na českém trhu. Cílem práce je identifikovat a diskutovat vliv změn ve firmě Smartwings ve srovnání s konkurenčním postavením před a po změně vlastníka. V práci bu-de provedena finanční (horizontální a vertikální) analýza firmy Smartwings. Změny budou podpořeny zpracováním analýzy kon-kurence. Proveden bude také u konkurence výpočet finančních ukazatelů (rentabilita, ROE, ROA…). Finanční výsledky firmy Smartwings budou porovnány s konkurencí. |

The bachelor's thesis examines the impact of the entry of a foreign owner into an airline on the Czech market. The aim of the thesis is to identify and discuss the impact of changes in the Smartwings company in comparison with the competitive position before and after the change of owner. The thesis will perform a financial (horizontal and vertical) analysis of the Smartwings company. The changes will be supported by a competition analysis. The calculation of financial indicators (profitability, ROE, ROA, etc.) will also be performed for the competition. The financial results of the Smartwings company will be compared with the competition. |
