| Abstract: |
Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem inflace ve vybraných evropských státech mezi roky 2019-2024. Ověřuje vliv monetární a fiskální politiky včetně vybraných faktorů na vývoj inflace v Evropě. Zároveň zkoumá vliv krizí po roce 2020 na bankovní sektor v ČR a jeho řízení. V práci je využito korelační analýzy pro faktory ovlivňující inflaci a párového t-testu pro zhodnocení dopadu na ukazatele stability a rentability bankovního sektoru v ČR. Výsledky ukazují, že rozdíly v inflaci byly dány zejména rozdílnou monetární politikou, strukturou ekonomik a energetickou závislostí. Zároveň ukazuje pouze omezené negativní dopady do stability a rentability českého bankovního sektoru. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis examines the evolution of inflation in selected European countries between 2019 and 2024. It examines the impact of monetary and fiscal policy, including selected factors, on the evolution of inflation in Europe. It also examines the impact of post-2020 crises on the banking sector in the Czech Republic and its management. The paper employs correlation analysis for the factors affecting inflation and paired t-test to assess the impact on the stability and profitability indicators of the banking sector in the Czech Republic. The results show that the differences in inflation were mainly due to different monetary policies, the structure of economies and energy dependence. It also shows only limited negative impacts on the stability and profitability of the Czech banking sector. |
