Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu ekonomických a právních aspektů závislé a nezávislé práce kurýrů v sektoru rozvážkových služeb. Cílem je prozkoumat motivaci kurýrů a formy jejich spolupráce s jednotlivými digitálními platformami. Práce vychází z kvantitativního výzkumu realizovaného formou dotazníkového šetření mezi kurýry, kteří pracují přímo pro digitální platformy, a i s těmi, kteří s nimi spolu-pracují prostřednictvím flotilových partnerů. Důraz je kladen na analýzu pracovních podmínek, právních souvislostí a motivaci kurýrů k výkonu této práce. Výsledky práce ukazují, že hlavními motivátory kurýrů jsou flexibilita pracovní doby a možnost finančního přilepšení, přičemž možnost volby pracovních směn umožňuje lepší sladění práce s osobním životem. Flexibilita je však často vykoupena vysokou mírou nejistoty, zejména ohledně stability příjmů a absencí sociálního zabezpečení. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis focuses on the analysis of the economic and legal aspects of dependent and independent work performed by couriers in the delivery services sector. The aim is to explore couriers’ motivations and the forms of their cooperation with various digital platforms. The research is based on a quantitative survey conducted among couriers who work directly for digital platforms as well as those who cooperate through fleet partners. The study emphasizes the analysis of working conditions, legal frameworks, and the motivations behind choosing this type of work. The results show that the main motivators for couriers are flexible working hours and the opportunity to earn additional income, with shift scheduling options allowing for better work-life balance. However, this flexibility often comes at the cost of high uncertainty, particularly regarding income stability and the lack of social security. |
