Use of ChatGPT by Students of the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Prague

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na míru akceptace nástroje generativní umělé inteligence ChatGPT studenty Fakulty managementu Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, které faktory modelu UTAUT2 mají významný vliv na míru akceptace a frekvenci používání ChatGPT. Na základě kvantitativního výzkumu na vzorku 163 respondentů výsledky ukázaly, že větší vliv mají „psychologické“ faktory oproti „technickým“. Práce zároveň diskutuje etické výzvy spojené s využíváním AI ve školství. Výsledky výzkumu mohou sloužit jako pomůcka při tvorbě efektivních a etických pravidel integrace umělé inteligence do prostředí školství.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the level of acceptance of the generative artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT by students of the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Prague. The aim of the research was to determine which factors from the UTAUT2 model significantly influence the level of acceptance and frequency of ChatGPT usage. Based on quantitative research conducted on a sample of 163 respondents, the results showed that "psychological" factors have a greater influence than "technical" ones. The thesis also discusses the ethical challenges associated with the use of AI in education. The research findings can serve as a guide for creating effective and ethical rules for the integration of artificial intelligence into the educational environment.
