| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem implementace agilního řízení ve vybrané finanční instituci, která se nachází ve fázi agilní transformace. Cílem této práce je analyzovat proces zavádění agility ve společnosti, identifikovat klíčové překážky bránící přijetí agilních prvků, zhodnotit dopad těchto překážek na celkový úspěch transformace a navrhnout konkrétní sadu doporučení, které by firma mohla aplikovat ve své praxi. Těchto cílů je dosaženo pomocí primárního výzkumu ve formě rozhovoru s klíčovými zainteresovanými zaměstnanci společnosti a sekundárního výzkumu, který pak čerpá z odborné literatury, případových studií a dostupných interních zdrojů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the topic of implementing agile management in a selected financial institution that is in the phase of agile transformation. The aim of this work is to analyze the process of implementing agility in the company, identify key barriers to the adoption of agile elements, evaluate the impact of these barriers on the overall success of the transformation and propose a specific set of recommendations that the company could apply in its practice. These goals are achieved through primary research in the form of interviews with key stakeholders of the company and secondary research, which then draws on professional literature, case studies and available internal sources. |
