| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku odolnosti dodavatelských řetězců s ohledem na události mezi lety 2020-2024, které zapříčinily jejich narušení. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem takové události ovlivňují dodavatelské řetězce a jak jejich narušování lze čelit a vzdorovat mu. V praktické části práce navrhuje konkrétní řešení pro zkoumanou firmu, jaká lze aplikovat pro optimalizaci dodavatelského řetězce, aby byla schopná lépe vzdorovat výchylkám. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the issue of supply chain resilience with regard to the events between 2020-2024 that caused their disruption. The aim of the thesis is to determine how such events affect supply chains and how their disruption can be confronted and resisted. In the practical part of the thesis, it proposes specific solutions for the researched company that can be applied to optimize the supply chain so that it is better able to resist deviations. |
