Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na etiku v bankovnictví s důrazem na Českou spořitelnu, a. s. Cílem je analyzovat etický kodex banky, jeho implementaci do každodenní praxe a vnímání ze strany zaměstnanců i klientů. Práce popisuje historii banky, poskytované finanční služby, firemní hodnoty a přístup ke společenské odpovědnosti. Výzkum je založen na dvou dotazníkových šetřeních – jedno bylo určeno zaměstnancům, druhé klientům. Zaměstnanci hodnotí dopad etického kodexu na svou práci, zatímco klienti vyjadřují zkušenosti s etickým přístupem banky. Výsledky identifikují silné a slabé stránky etických zásad v praxi a umožňují formulovat doporučení pro jejich efektivnější uplatnění. Studie přispívá k porozumění role etiky v bankovnictví a jejímu vlivu na vztahy mezi zaměstnanci, klienty a bankovní institucí. |

| Abstract: |
This diploma thesis focuses on ethics in banking with an emphasis on Česká spořitelna, a. s. The aim is to analyse the bank's code of ethics, its implementation in everyday practice and its perception by employees and clients. The thesis describes the bank's history, financial services provided, corporate values and approach to social responsibility. The research is based on two questionnaire surveys – one was addressed to employees, the other to clients. Employees assess the impact of the code of ethics on their work, while clients express their experiences with the bank's ethical approach. The results identify the strengths and weaknesses of ethical principles in practice and allow for the formulation of recommendations for their more effective application. The study contributes to the understanding of the role of ethics in banking and its influence on the relationships between employees, clients and the banking institution. |
