Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití sportovních metafor v ma-nagementu. Cílem diplomové práce je prozkoumat dominující sportovní metafory v oblasti managementu i sportu a identifikovat fak-tory odchýlení se od významu převzatých sportovních pojmů a metafor oproti standardnímu pojetí managementu. Teorie vychází z myšlenky, že organizace a management vychází ze stejných principů. Práce pou-žívá kvalitativní přístup, který je zaměřen na rozhovory a analýzu dat. Závěr práce představuje a identifikuje třívrstvý model, který slouží k přejímání sportovních metafor do organizací. Organizace by tak měly snáze převzít a použít jednotlivé metafory do praxe. |

The thesis focuses on the use of sports metaphors in management. The aim of the thesis is to explore dominant sports metaphors in both management and sports, and to identify the factors that lead to deviations from the original meanings of borrowed sports terms and metaphors compared to standard management concepts. The theoretical framework is based on the idea that organizations and management operate on similar principles. The thesis employs a qualitative approach, emphasizing interviews and data analysis. The conclusion presents and identifies a three-layer model designed for the adoption of sports metaphors within organizations. This model aims to facilitate the integration and practical application of specific metaphors in organizational settings. |
