| Abstract: |
Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout postup pro podporu podnikových procesů v organizaci zabývající se pronájmem plavidel a výběru vhodného aplikačního řešení, které tyto podnikové procesy bude podporovat. Tento model lze obecně využít v organizacích s touto specializací, přičemž jednotlivé dílčí prvky lze modifikovat pro potřebu konkrétní organizace. Práce je členěna na část teoretických východisek, která předchází praktickému modelování business procesů a stanovení požadavků na funkcionalitu. Dále jsou v práci stanovena kritéria výběru vhodného softwarového řešení pro organizace zabývající se pronájmem plavidel a ukazatelé výkonnosti pro možnost následné analýzy přínosů po zavedení této změny. Tyto praktické ukázky jsou aplikovány v rámci konkrétní organizace, zabývající se pronájmem plavidel na území České republiky. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of the thesis is to propose a procedure for supporting business processes in a vessel charter organization and selecting a suitable application solution to support these business processes. This model can be used in general in organisations with this specialisation, while the individual sub-elements can be modified to meet the needs of a specific organisation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical background section, which precedes the practical modelling of business processes and the determination of functionality requirements. Furthermore, the thesis establishes the criteria for selecting a suitable software solution for organizations dealing with chartering vessels and performance indicators for the possibility of subsequent analysis of benefits after the implementation of this change. These practical examples are applied in the context of a specific organization dealing with vessel chartering in the Czech Republic. |
